If I could make you a promise that you would live a long healthy life, what would you be willing to give in return? Believe me when I say that your health is worth more than the family jewels! I KNOW from personal experience what it is like to feel really, really good all the time. As a grandmother of four, I feel better today than I did twenty years ago and most people tell me I look much younger than my years.
Good genes, you say. Maybe. But for much of my life I was sick a lot, had frequent headaches, and felt tired much of the time. I thought I was eating well and doing all the right things. But the more I learned through my studies of nutrition and fitness, the more I realized that the healthy things I was doing werent so healthy after all. Modern advertisers dictate our attitudes and control much of the information were told about health; giving us slanted facts and keeping the health care system busy.
What could you do if you had extra time on this earth? A few changes to your lifestyle today may help avoid the suffering most people endure in their golden years. With more vital years available, would you clarify and fulfill your life's purpose? Would you pursue a second career; give more back to your community; write a book; or spend more time in introspection and spiritual development?
While nobody can offer a guarantee of perfect health, I can help you significantly improve your odds of staying healthy for much, much longer.
