Spring 2014, NEW AI CHI CLASS IS FORMING
AI CHI
ONGOING:  TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 9:00 - 9:45

Tai chi and yoga are fused together to create a healing symphony of motion.  Graceful movements of the upper and lower torso create a sense of well-being in body, mind and spirit.  Wonderful for pain and stress management.  

With regular attendance, you will improve your:

Ai Chi was created in Japan and brought to the US. It is helping people all over the country and the world.

WATER-GAIT - ARTHRITIS AND JOINT (TWO SEPARATE CLASSES)

TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 10:00 - 10:45 AM, 12:00 - 12:45 PM

While each class is different (nobody ever gets bored!), you will consistently receive:

Elements of yoga, pilates, personal training, balance training, cardiovascular fitness, fall prevention, and much more are incorporated into the classes.  Posture and proper breathing are strongly emphasized.  Instruction is based on the ability of the participant to perform the exercise.  Instructor has been trained extensively in all of this and more.

Having fun is very important to progress!  We use balls, stretch bands, foam dumbbells, paddles, ankle cuffs, water steps, and more to make classes interested and varied.  The results are phenomenal!

People with joint pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, or orthopedic condition feel better because of class.  People with MS, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions and recovering cancer patients all see improvement.  Balance is stressed in every class and as a result, most people see significant improvement on land as well as in the water.

WATER-GAIT -- WEEKEND WARRIOR
Saturday 8-9 am

FUN AND FAST!  Kick start your weekend with an invigorating aquatic workout.  A faster, more aerobic workout perfect for a healthy but more mature crowd who have outgrown the cold water at the gym.  Wonderul for those who want strenuous yet gentle-on-the-joints exercise.

AI CHI:  $80/ 16 class session;  Half time: $45
WATER-GAIT
Arthritis and Joint:  $112/16 classes;  Half time: $60
WATER-GAIT AND AI CHI TOGETHER:  $144
WATER-GAIT Weekend Warrior:  session price is $6/class (number of classes varies)
WATER-GAIT Gait and Balance: $100 for 10 classes -- 5 weeks
